As much as we don't like to think it can happen to us, sometimes shipping an item goes bad. Big packages, small packages, boxes, envelopes, post cards. Nobody likes it, but let's face it, it does happen.

Let’s break the process and responsibilities down to three parts.

First, here at VaporBeast, as a shipper, we have certain responsibilities. We need to ensure your order is packaged properly, shipped in a timely manner, and via the courier and method you as our customer selected.

Second is the courier. Their responsibility is to deliver the package within their stated standards for a specific type of package. Overnight, 2 Day, Express, Ground, etc...

Third, you the customer. When you purchase from us, and select a shipping method, you are not only our customer, but also the customer of the courier service you selected. Your responsibility is to follow some age old advice ... Don't Panic!

I know what you're thinking about now, 'What do you mean Don't Panic! My stuff isn't here!' We do truly understand. When we're not busy being the most Vapetastic supplier of vaping supplies in the universe, we are customers also. And occasionally face the same frustrations.

Most of the time, the answers to questions about shipping are located within the tracking information from the courier. They will tell you when it was picked up, transit information, when the package goes thru sorting facilities, and even if there was an attempted delivery.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays. Weather, natural disasters, or the planet being destroyed for an intergalactic thruway. These are out of our control, but rest assured, we will do our best to make it right.
